GMT and the forex market

According to the Daniel code we need to trade off daily bars that in sync with GMT 22:00 and 21:59 . Genesis has it but they are not brokers. I am looking for a boker that offer ECN forex trading as dealing desks are middle men. So far I have found Interactive brokers good spreads and commission basis. There daily bars to quote IB are on ET time and the daily bars update at 17:00 and 17:15 WHICH CORRESPONDS TO GMT time as ET is -5:00 hours off GMT time.

Have you found any brokers that have their times set to GMT.
